‘Marvel Snap’ Reveals 16 Pool 4 And 5 Cards, New Way To Save For Specific Unlocks – Forbes

I may still not be able to scroll through all my decks due to broken desktop UI, but Marvel Snap is busy making new cards and new systems in which to acquire those cards, plans for which they announced this week.
Marvel Snap is about to launch new Pool 4 and Pool 5 cards, 16 in total, and they’ve revealed them all ahead of launch next month with the new season in December.
The way these cards are being added are different than past pools, and there will not be further separation of the playerbase.

If that sounds like a bit too much RNG for you, the arrival of these new cards pairs with another new system, Collector’s Tokens, which allow you to save up for Pool 3, 4 and 5 cards you do not have. These are replacing boosters in the season pass and the Collector’s Ranks, and you will amass them in time. There will be a rotating shop that changes cards every eight hours, and you can “pin” a card you see there, if you want to save it for later but don’t have the tokens on hand right now. The new cards will cost way more than the old pool 3 cards:

Existing players will be gifted a bunch of Tokens based on their current collection level:

Finally, Marvel Snap is also revealing a whole bunch of new cards, the new 16 that will be in the two new pools. Some of these seem extremely strong (Super Skrull!), others…maybe not worth spending 3-6000 tokens on. Here they are:
She Hulk
She Hulk (6 energy 10 power) – Costs 1 less for each unspent energy last turn
Titania (1 energy 5 power) – When ANY card is played at this location, this car switches sides
Luke Cage (2 energy 1 power) – Ongoing: Your cards can’t have their power reduced
Absorbing Man (4 energy, 3 power) – On Reveal: If the last card you played has an On Reveal ability, this card copies it
Maria Hill (2 energy 3 power) – On Reveal: Add a random 1-cost card to your hand
Agent Coulson (3 energy, 4 power) – Add a random 4-cost and 5-cost card to your hand
Helicarrier (6 energy, 10 power) – When you discard this from your hand, replace it with 3 random cards
M’Baku (1 energy, 2 power) – If this is in your deck at the end of the game, it leaps to a random location
Attume (4 energy, 10 Power) – If you have another card here at the end of your turn, destroy this
Orka (6 energy, 10 power) – Ongoing: +5 power if this is your only card here
Galactus (6 energy, 3 power) – If this is your only card here, destroy all other locations
Valkyrie (5 energy, 3 power) – Set ALL cards at this location to 3 power
Super Skrull (4 energy, 2 power) – Ongoing: Has the Ongoing effects of all enemy cards
Shuri (4 energy, 2 power) – On Reveal: Double the power of the next card you play
Bast (1 energy, 1 power) – Set the power of all cards in your hand to 3
Thanos (6 energy, 8 power) – At the start of the game, shuffle the six Infinity Stones into your deck.
